The Controller therefore does not collect personal data relating to individuals under the age of 18. Upon request by Users, the Controller will promptly delete all personal data unintentionally collected relating to individuals under the age of 18.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller holds the right to privacy and the protection of its Users&#8217; personal data in the highest regard. Category of data processed:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data subject to this processing are as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) all personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, which the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire during their normal operation: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User&#8217;s operating system and computer environment;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) personal identification data (e.g. name, surname, email address, telephone, country, company name, position, IP address, log files, etc.);<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) all further User data possibly and voluntarily published in the \u201c<em>Send us an email\u201d <\/em>section, and in the forms for event registration;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) further data, including those pursuant to Art. 10 GDPR, possibly and voluntarily entered in the personnel search and selection form; <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) data voluntarily entered by the User in the Newsletter form on the Company&#8217;s website, such as: name, surname, email address, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Purposes of processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users&#8217; personal data will be processed lawfully by the Controller pursuant to Art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes: <\/p>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><u>provision of the service<\/u><\/strong>, i.e., to allow the User to browse the Site. User data collected by the Controller for this purpose include all data used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to ensure its correct functioning. Without prejudice to what is provided elsewhere in this privacy policy, under no circumstances will the Controller make Users&#8217; personal data accessible to other Users and\/or third parties.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>fulfilling the User&#8217;s request<\/u><\/strong>: Users&#8217; personal data are collected and processed by the Controller for the sole purpose of fulfilling their request. User data collected by the Controller for this purpose include: name, surname, email address and all further User data possibly and voluntarily published in the \u201c<em>Send us an email\u201d <\/em>section. No other processing will be carried out by the Controller in relation to Users&#8217; personal data. Without prejudice to what is provided elsewhere in this privacy policy, under no circumstances will the Controller make Users&#8217; personal data accessible to other Users and\/or third parties.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>Fulfillment of the work with us request<\/u><\/strong>: activities connected or instrumental to internal company selection processes in order to evaluate candidate profiles regarding employees, interns or collaborators recipients of specific professional work assignments; evaluation and storage of the <em>curriculum vitae<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>fulfillment of event registration request<\/u><\/strong>: activities connected or instrumental to event registration processes and event organizational activities and use of contact data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>administrative-accounting purposes<\/u><\/strong>, i.e., to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>legal obligations<\/u><\/strong>, i.e., to comply with obligations provided for by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by legislation and for the assessment of liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>execution of a contract<\/u><\/strong><strong>, <\/strong>if the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and\/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>newsletter subscription:<\/u><\/strong> on a consensual basis, the User will receive a periodic newsletter from the Controller containing information regarding relevant industry news related to the Controller&#8217;s activities or, to present offers, promotions and commercial opportunities of the Controller. In case of consent, the User may revoke it at any time, by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated. Once the consent has been revoked, the Controller will send the User an email to confirm the revocation of consent.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is however always possible to request the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to verify whether the processing is based on law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, as failure to provide them will make it impossible for the User to submit their request to the Controller.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data that are necessary for the pursuit of the processing purposes described in this point 2) are indicated with an asterisk within the request form.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Processing methods and data retention times<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller will process Users&#8217; personal data using manual and computer tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data of Site Users will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the primary purposes illustrated in point 2) above or in any case as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both Users and the Controller.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the purpose referred to in point 2) letter h), the data will be kept for the time necessary for the pursuit of the indicated purposes and, in any case, no later than the revocation of consent by the data subject. The User may also easily object to further newsletter mailings by clicking on the appropriate link for the revocation of consent, which is present in each email containing the newsletter. Once the consent has been revoked, the Controller will send the User an email to confirm the revocation of consent.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Scope of communication and dissemination of data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subjects in charge of managing the Site and User requests may become aware of Users&#8217; personal data. These subjects, who have been instructed to this effect by the Controller pursuant to Art. 29 of the Regulation, will process User data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this policy and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Legislation.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Controller as \u201cExternal Data Processors\u201d may also become aware of Users&#8217; personal data, such as, by way of example, providers of IT and logistics services functional to the operation of the Site, providers of <em>outsourcing<\/em> or <em>cloud computing<\/em> services, professionals and consultants.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by the Controller, by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in point 6) below.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Data transfer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data collected in relation to the aforementioned purposes are not transferred to non-EU countries. The controller, however, reserves the possibility of using cloud services; in which case, service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for by Art. 46 of EU Regulation 2016\/679.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Cecati 1\/1 Tel. 0522-506307 \u2013 230274 mail<a href=\"mailto:dpo@studiolegaleavvbaroni.it\"><strong>dpo@studiolegaleavvbaroni.it<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>pec:<a href=\"mailto:clementina.baroni@ordineavvocatireggioemilia.it\"><strong>clementina.baroni@ordineavvocatireggioemilia.it<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users have the right to obtain:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to personal data to know (\u201creactive transparency\u201d) the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data collected, the recipients of the data communication, in particular if recipients in third countries or international organizations, the planned data retention period (Art. 15);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rectification (Art. 16);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to obtain the erasure of personal data, if these are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and if there are no further legal requirements for retention (Art. 17 GDPR);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restriction of processing (Art. 18);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data portability (Art. 20);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). In this case, we will refrain from further processing your data unless we demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds to proceed with the processing (e.g. for the defense of your rights in court). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation (Art. 7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the data subject will have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to Art. 13 para. 2 letter d) of the aforementioned regulation as well as pursuant to Art. 77 of the regulation.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Italian supervisory authority is the<strong> Garante per la protezione dei dati personali<\/strong>, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia 11, 00186 \u2013 Rome (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.garanteprivacy.it\/\">http:\/\/www.garanteprivacy.it\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For everything not provided for in this policy, reference is made to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, Legislative Decree 196\/03 as amended by Legislative Decree 101\/2018 and subsequent amendments, as well as any other provision issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (\u201cGarante\u201d).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller is not responsible for updating all links viewable in this Policy, therefore whenever a link is not working and\/or updated, Users acknowledge and accept that they must always refer to the document and\/or section of the websites referred to by such link. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using   <a><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdesign-group.com\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.cdesign-group.com\/<\/a> and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data.
