During the contractual relationship, the data subject may process personal data of employees, customers, or other third parties on behalf of the Controller. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The processing of collected data is justified by the supply contract for goods or services to which you are a party (Article 6 letter b GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>FOR VAT NUMBER COLLABORATORS:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>A.2<\/u><\/strong><strong><u> ESTABLISHMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION RELATIONSHIP,<\/u><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>which includes, by way of example but not exhaustively: pre-contractual activities, contract execution for the assignment of professional engagement, payment of fees, dispute management, management and organization of the services you must provide, protection of health and safety of our work environment (if you must be present at one of our offices), property protection, granting of your access rights to physical and electronic environments, management of IT devices possibly provided to you. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such processing must occur exclusively within the scope and for the purposes related to the collaboration contract. During the contractual relationship, the data subject may process personal data of employees, customers, or other third parties on behalf of the Controller. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of collected data is justified by the contractual legal basis relating to the professional engagement established between you and the Controller (Article 6 letter b of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><strong>Data recipients:<\/strong><\/a> the data collected in relation to the indicated purpose may be communicated to public entities and service companies or other private parties that have a role in managing such activities, to persons in charge\/authorized by the Controller, to data processors designated pursuant to Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016\/679, to IT consultants\/system administrators.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The updated list of processors and persons in charge of processing is kept at the Controller&#8217;s registered office and you may access it at any time by submitting an appropriate request to the addresses indicated below.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing duration:<\/strong> the data collected in relation to the aforementioned purpose will be retained until the termination, for any reason, of the engagement and until the expiry of the limitation periods for the exercise of the Controller&#8217;s rights, within the limits provided by the relevant civil and tax regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><strong>Failure to provide data<\/strong><\/a>: the provision of data necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purpose is a contractual obligation to which the data subject is required to comply. Your failure to provide such data makes it impossible to finalize the assignment of the engagement. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>B. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS,<\/u><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>which consists of administrative and accounting obligations, tax obligations, dispute management.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of collected data is justified by compliance with legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller (Article 6 letter c GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data recipients:<\/strong> the data collected in relation to the indicated purpose may be communicated to public entities and service companies or other private parties that have a role in managing such activities, to persons in charge\/authorized by the Controller, to data processors designated pursuant to Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016\/679, to IT consultants\/system administrators.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The updated list of processors and persons in charge of processing is kept at the Controller&#8217;s registered office and you may access it at any time by submitting an appropriate request to the addresses indicated below.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing duration:<\/strong> the data collected in relation to the aforementioned purpose will be retained for the time required by the regulations imposing the processing and until the expiry of the limitation periods for the exercise of the Controller&#8217;s rights for the longer term relating to the limitation of the relevant rights, within the limits provided by the relevant civil and tax regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Failure to provide data:<\/strong> with regard to personal data relating to compliance with a regulatory obligation, failure to provide personal data prevents the finalization of the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing methods:<\/strong> the processing of data for the purposes set out above is carried out using electronic, IT, or paper-based support in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules provided by the aforementioned regulations and other consequent regulations. They are also processed, on behalf of the Controller, by professionals and\/or companies entrusted with carrying out technical, development, management, and administrative-accounting activities. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transfer of data abroad:<\/strong> The data collected in relation to the aforementioned purposes are not transferred to countries outside the EU. However, the Controller reserves the right to use cloud services; in such case, service providers will be selected from those providing adequate guarantees, as required by Article 46 of EU Regulation 2016\/679.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automated decision-making processes:<\/strong> the data collected in relation to the aforementioned purpose are not subject to automated decision-making processes (including profiling).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data subject rights:<\/strong> <a>pursuant to EU Reg. 2016\/679 the data subject has the right to<\/a><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access personal data to know (&#8220;reactive transparency&#8221;) the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data collected, the recipients of data communication, particularly if recipients in third countries or international organizations, the expected data retention period (Article 15);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtain rectification (Article 16);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtain erasure of personal data when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and when there are no further legal retention requirements (Article 17 GDPR);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request restriction of processing (Article 18);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request data portability (Article 20);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
